As a Security Systems Lead Technician, you'll take on a hybrid role combining hands-on service technician tasks with leadership and project management responsibilities. You'll troubleshoot, maintain, and repair security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, intercoms) and lead installation or upgrade projects from planning through completion.Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair security systems.
Perform system installations and routine maintenance.
Coordinate and manage installation and service projects.
Supervise and support junior technicians on-site.
Communicate effectively with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams.
Maintain project timelines, documentation, and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of security systems servicing and installation experience.
Proven leadership experience and strong organizational skills.
Technical expertise in CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and intercom systems.
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Site Safety Training (SST) Card required.

As a Security Systems Installation Technician, you'll be responsible for the professional installation and setup of security systems including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and intercom systems. You'll collaborate with our team to ensure timely and effective installations for clients.Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and test security system components.
Perform structured cabling and hardware mounting.
Ensure installations meet quality standards and client expectations.
Provide basic system training to clients upon installation completion.
Document installations thoroughly and accurately.
Collaborate with the service team for seamless project hand-off.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience installing security systems.
Strong understanding of structured cabling and installation standards.
Technical proficiency with CCTV, access control, alarms, and intercom systems.
